The Management Team
I. Munamba
(Marketing Executive, Chairman and Founder) Isaiah. Munamba is an Investor and serial Entrepreneur. He is the Founder of Eccob Networking holdings. Isaiah is a philanthropist who holds various qualifications including Information Technology. He is a visionary leader and avid entrepreneur with a demonstrable record of pioneering and running successful businesses that include Vanyai Financial Services, Busreg International company registration, The One Project Program, an initiative towards pulling financial capital towards one mega project by crowd funding, Isaiah Chickens a poultry and meat related supplier. He is also a member of the Africa Christian Business Fellowship, an organization that trains entrepreneurs into becoming God fearing great business people. Through ACBF it inspired him to become innovative and hence the birth of the vision.
Nagel Tavare
General Manager Nagel is the General Manager of Eccob Networking Holding, and oversees the company overall strategy and business operations. Nagel received a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing Management .Nagel worked as a Senior Business Lecturer in Marketing at Speciss College one of the leading institutions in Zimbabwe. He was head of Business School at CITMA group of colleges. During his tenure the institution recorded an alarming pass rate and was awarded a merit certificate. Nagel is an avid Entrepreneur and a member of the African Christian Business Fellowship.
Joseph A Mabika
Chief Technological OfficerJoseph is a versatile and dynamic member of the team and he brings in the innovation aspect into the business. As the Infrastructure head of Eccob networking, he has more than 10 years’ experience in the technology sector where he has worked in various capacities. He holds an Honours degree in Computer Science from the University of Zimbabwe and is a member of the Internet society Zimbabwe chapter which is involved in various technology based programs of national significance.
Sharon Taruvinga
Head of media
She is a holder of a diploma in Journalism and Communication Studies. Sharon is very passionate about social media management and digital marketing. She is responsible in overseeing the development of media policy in the company as well keeping abreast with latest trends in online technology. Prior to joining Eccob networking she worked for Zimonline media as a Media Consultant. She
brings in a wealth of experience in the organization.
Edwin Manyika
HR Head
Edwin is a qualified HR Officer with a degree in Human Resource Management. He has served as Eccob head of Human Resources from 2010 through 2012.Prior he held an HR post at a Logistics company, which he joined in 2005.E. Manyika has more than10years of experience in his field and is pursuing his master’s degree in Human Resources management.
Sally Munamba
DMM officer
A young and energetic lady who has just completed her studies and very
passionate about entrepreneurship and Information Technology. She is very
techno savvy and hardworking. She is currently pursuing a degree in
Information technology with one of the leading Universities.
J.Kriste
Chief Product Officer
He is the Chief Product Officer at Eccob holdings. After earning his bachelor’s degree in Symbolic systems from Oxford University in 2004, He joined Eccob in 2005 as a Software engineer and helped build the first versions of our online platforms. He then became Director of human resources, setting the tone for Eccob culture.
T. Comforter
Chief revenue Officer
He is the Head of Advertising & Media at Eccob Network holdings, overseeing
the companys’ advertising, media business and managing the sales and
marketing teams. Prior to joining Eccob he spent 8 years in high technology
companies in various roles including head of global online sales and
operations, where he helped globalize the company businesses and
operations. He holds a BA in government and International relations from Cornell University and Master degree in Business Administration from Reed
University.
J.Jaire
Chief Media Officer J.Jaire is the Chief Media Officer where he Heads the Media teams. Prior to becoming Chief Media Officer, he served as Eccob head of corporate Business Planning from 2010 through 2012.Before he was Managing Director at Allen and Company, an Investment Bank focused on Media and Technology, which he joined in 2001.J. Jaire holds a B.S in Chemistry from Georgetown University, and a M.S in Applied Physics from Stanford University.
E. Mabika
Head designer
Emmanuel is the Head of the Design Department. Prior to joining the Eccob team, he served as Director & Head of Design for QNS. He was also a consultant for Dilab Africa a South African Media company, before joining MBHE Zambia, which he is currently serving as a Consultant Project Manager and IT Specialist since 2019. E.Mabika holds an Honors Degree in Computer Science and an Executive Project Management Certificate from University of Zimbabwe. In the future he looks to pursue a Master’s Degree in the IT.
